the 1970's called, they want their misconceptions about saturated fat back... but hey, you did mention the boogeyman of this decade (trans fats) in passing, so you aren't TOTALLY behind the times

@gamer92392 You can gain muscle and loose fat at the same time. You probably won't gain quite as much muscle, but you definently can esp if you have a lot of fat to lose. Just don't go too banana sandwich with your calorie cutting. If you go on a -350 calorie per day diet with a steady intake of calories and protein you'll be fine. |
